CBT Training & Records
Training Records:
A copy of your EMT record is kept at the KCSO SAR Coordinator's office, and MUST be kept current and up to date. KC EMS has the right to audit these records at any time, and failure to have these records up to date could result in KCSO no longer being allowed to sposor EMTs.
PLEASE MAKE SURE YOU KEEP YOUR RECORDS UP TO DATE!
It is also strongly encouraged for each EMT to maintain a personal copy of their records.

EMS Online:
There are excellent training and reference materials on the EMS Online. In addition to the CBT tutorials and on-line tests (2008, 2009, and 2010 CBTs are currently posted), there are AED & CPR guidelines, CBT Power Point presentations and skills checklists, guidelines and standing orders for King County, and a quick and easy trainer on the new 2010 MIRF. The Guidelines and Standing Orders section has the 2007 Patient Care Protocols blue book and updates, as well as information on glucometry, pulse oximetry, and aspirin.
