The current Patient Care Protocols blue book is the 2010 version. Contact your Unit Leader for your copy of this new protocol book.
There are excellent training materials on the EMS Online web site for all EMTs. In addition to the CBT tutorials and on-line tests (2008, 2009, and 2010 CBTs are currently posted), there are AED & CPR guidelines, CBT Power Point presentations and skills checklists, guidelines and standing orders for King County, and a quick and easy trainer on the new 2010 MIRF. The Guidelines and Standing Orders section has the 2007 Patient Care Protocols blue book and updates, as well as information on glucometry, pulse oximetry, and aspirin.

The following information is needed to create a login ID:
- First Name
- Middle Initial
- Last Name
- Phone
- Email Address
- State Registry #
- Recert Date
- Certification status (EMT/Paramedic)
- Previous EMS Affiliations
