REQUESTING A LOGIN FOR EMS ONLINE
Email the KCSO SAR Coordinator sar.coordinator@kingcounty.gov to request a login ID.
The following information is needed to create a login ID:
- First Name
- Middle Initial
- Last Name
- Phone
- Email Address
- State Registry #
- Recertification Date
- Certification status (EMT-B/Paramedic)
- Previous EMS Affiliations
